Thinking back to the day of the shoot, I remember being vaguely amused. As I turned the corner into the talent office in search of a model to bind, I came face to face with the same stare that greets me in the mirror each morning.We sat down. We talked at each other over a checklist. She didn't ask any questions. She signed her name while digging through her purse.
Later on, they brought her in from makeup. The interview went by as she posed for pictures, twisting her form this way and that.
I began moving metal around to set up an idea and she wandered into a corner while scrolling through an electronic organizer. She's only 19 but she works 5-6 days a week. She has an agent, a web site, a book deal, a video blog. Booking her was a 3 month process.
Stripped naked on the table, bound to the cold metal, she looked like she might fall asleep but didn't. She looked at the goggles quizzically but adjusted them so all she could see was black.

The first scene makes this a 5, but I think maybe it should have been saved for last! Everything after was kind of anti-climatic. Wild combo of the sensory dep, edge play (was that a kink.com first?) and the zapper thing. I keep asking: what the hell is that thing? Cyd, is there no safety risk re: the sub moving suddenly when combining the knife and the zapper? Anyway, that first scene was great. I think the last position deserved a really hard pussy whipping to give us a stronger finish, but if you'd done nothing but the first scene, you'd have still got a 5 from me.

Once in a while I do a scene and it just turns out to be amazing and way beyond what I planned or ever expected it to be. The model is good, the bondage works, the camera angles and lighting are there and it all comes together and goes BANG. Other times, things end with a whimper. Literally. When the amazing scenes do happen, they kind of overshadow everything else, but as you noted, it turns out not to really matter in the end because the scene itself is reason enough for the rest to exist. The rest _had_ to exist in order to make the one amazing scene possible. Second question - is there a safety risk with the sub moving rapidly when combining the knife and the zapper. Yes. The models are aware that they are choosing to take part in an activity that is not risk free. Part of my job is risk management. I decide how much risk I want to risk exposing the model to (within her limits) vs. the reward of getting an intense exciting scene. But if the knife and the zapper was alarming, you should have seen the ten minutes of footage of me lighting her on fire that I finally decided to cut because the lighting conditions did not allow for the camera to pick up the flames in any satisfactory manner.

Wow Cyd! The first scene was a masterpiece and the third scene was excellent. Very good choice of positions in those two scenes, hope you use them again. You did a great job of matching the intensity to the model. It appears that Sasha experienced some very intense play with virtually no marks on her body. Probably safer than riding a roller coaster these days and more fun. Quite a show!

That first scene was indeed incredible with Sasha turning into a raging animal. But I liked the subsequent scenes also. She is a great comer. I loved the close ups of her face and loved to look her in the eyes as she was approaching orgasm. She has very pretty eyes anyway. I loved it. Wonderful.

Yes, I thought of doing a zipper. The problem was that Sasha's agent does not want her marked up because she is almost always booked for another shoot soon after. She does a lot of regular porn too, where marks are a big no-no. Doing a zipper with those clips will definitely leave marks. As it was, just with the clips being on, I accidentally gave her very light, but noticeable marks that took a few days to fade away and her agent said he had had to cancel a shoot over it and was upset. Sasha, on the other hand, didn't seem to care. She liked the scene immensely. She even came back once more for a second day of shooting the following week, regardless of the accidental marks, but I was afraid to do much of anything with her because almost everything I do has the potential for causing bruising or marks that take a few days at minimum to fade.

Thanks for the explanation Cyd. Too bad the agent and the other content producers have such a problem with marks. Maybe you can shoot with her again just before she takes a vacation. This girl is a total hottie! Iknow Bondagedevices is purely a bondage site, but it would be nice to see a more 'militaristic approach sometimes.
